1. General

GR Jewellers is a trusted goldsmith, crafting gold and silver jewelry with authenticity and expertise.
All products listed on our website are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

2. Product Information -

We ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate; however, minor variations may occur due to handcrafted detailing.
The weight and dimensions of jewelry may have slight variations as every piece is uniquely crafted.
GR Jewellers reserves the right to update or modify product information at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are mentioned in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
We accept payments through credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.
GR Jewellers reserves the right to cancel any order in case of a pricing error or fraudulent transaction.
Orders will only be processed after full payment confirmation.

4. Orders & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Standard delivery time is 5-7 business days depending on the location.
We only ship within India at this time.
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be mentioned at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

No refunds are provided—only store credit will be issued for eligible returns.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
Custom-made jewelry, personalized pieces, are non-returnable.
GR Jewellers holds the right to refuse a return if the product is found to be used or tampered with.

6. Warranty & Repairs

We offer complimentary polishing services for jewelry purchased from us.
Any manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
Repairs due to wear and tear may be chargeable.

7. Privacy & Security

All personal details provided during transactions are kept confidential and secure.
We do not share your information with third parties except for order fulfillment and legal purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, and content on our website belong to GR Jewellers and cannot be used without permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indore, Madhya Pradesh courts.

Return and EXCHANGE Policy

At GR Jewellers, we provide high-quality silver jewelry. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange as per our policy.

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact
Customized or personalized jewelry is not eligible for return/exchange.

2. Process for Return & Exchange

Email us at grjewellers1960@gmail.com or whatsapp us at 9893076455 with your order details and reason for return/exchange.
Once approved, ship the item back at your own cost.
Upon inspection, a replacement will be provided, or a refund (if applicable) will be processed.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Personalized/custom orders.
Items damaged due to misuse.

4. Store Credit Policy

No cash refunds will be provided.
Store credit will be issued within 7 working days after the returned item is inspected.
Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used for any future purchase.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued as store credit or back to the original payment method (processing time: 7-10 working days).

5. The units have been photographed under lights and the actual product may differ slightly when seen under normal lights, though we maintain the originality in the photographs to utmost extent.

6. We generally deliver all our products within 6-8 business days of placing the order. The dispatch time goes higher in cases where the customization is required by the customer or the product is to be made on order. Such cases will be intimated to the customer in advance.

Cancellations -

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 6 hours of placing the order by contacting us at grjewellers1960@gmail.com. We appreciate if you inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want an order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort.

If you cancel your order before your product has been dispatched, we will credit the full amount (in case of pre-paid order) in the original mode of payment.
If you cancel your order after your product has been dispatched, we will refund the amount minus shipping charges( in case of pre-paid order) for both Forward and RTO. Also, the charges will be refunded in original payment mode once we have received the product.
